White Wine Sangria Popsicles

white_wine_sangria_popsicleswhite_wine_sangria_popsicles1 bottle of white wine 1/2 cup of Triple Sec (orange liqueur) 1/2 simple syrup 1/2 cup lemon juice 2 limes or lemons 2 cups of chopped/frozen fruit Dixie cups + popsicle sticks

In a jug combine wine, syrup, Triple Sec and lemon juice. Slice lime/lemon into thin slices. Either half the slices to put into the sangria or use whole slices as the base of your popsicle (where you will insert the popsicle stick) to avoid excessive dripping and for a pop of colour. Add in lime/lemon slices and other chopped fruit to wine mixture. Pour liquid into dixie cups. Freeze for approximately 2 hours. Then insert sticks.

Freeze until solid and enjoy as popsicles or use as ice-cubes!
